What should I know about Hollerhorn’s outdoor music venue?

  • We have the best and friendliest crew around to assist in creating a positive experience for everyone. Please treat them kindly.

  • We are perched at the top of a hill with the majority of our parking in the lot below. Comfortable footwear is a must.

  • We have limited parking available so CARPOOLING IS KING!

  • Outdoor shows are rain or shine. We do have covered areas around the venue (event tent and covered deck and patio areas).

  • No firearms or weapons permitted anywhere on the property. Ever.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund IF you are belligerent to our event crew, other guests or performers…IF you are intoxicated upon arrival…IF you disregard the rules of the venue and establishment…IF you are physically aggressive, abusive to, or harassing anyone.

I can’t make it to the show. Can I get a refund for my ticket?

  • All ticket sales are final.

What if it rains?

  • All shows are rain or shine. We do not refund tickets due to inclement weather.

Are you accessible?

  • Hollerhorn is accessible. We do have limited reserved parking at the top of the hill. Our upper deck offers great views of the stage while also providing easy access to our ADA bathroom located in our main tasting room. Call our tasting room (585-531-2448) prior to the event to reserve a space on the deck in view of the stage. Upon arrival, our attendants can assist you in finding an appropriate space to park.

Are you dog friendly?

  • We are dog owners and lovers, however, Hollerhorn is not a good fit for dogs. Please leave your furry friends home.

Can I purchase physical tickets in advance at Hollerhorn?

  • All advance ticketing is done through Eventbrite. We have no advance physical tickets in house. For shows that have not sold out in advance, tickets can be purchased at the event gate the day of the event-first come, first served.

What am I allowed to bring to an event?

  • Bring your best vibes!

  • Bring a camp chair if sitting is very important to you. We have some limited seating available.

  • Blankets and layers for chilly nights.

  • Small bags are allowed but may be subject to search. No backpacks

  • Absolutely NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE. Empty, non-glass water bottles are fine. We have water stations onsite.

  • NO GLASS

  • NO RECORDING OR VIDEO EQUIPMENT unless a prior arrangement has been made and approved by management.

Do you sell food?

  • We pride ourselves on our delicious cuisine! Our event menu is available until 10pm. Friday and Saturday, 9pm on Sunday. You can view that here.

Can I eat in the restaurant at Hollerhorn prior to an outdoor event?

  • Certainly, reservations will be taken for tasting room seating until 5:30pm on event nights. After this seating, all service will happen at the bar and tables will be on a “seat yourself” basis. Please note: **on event nights, once doors open for the outdoor venue, we will be serving an “event menu” which will come in compostable containers, allowing you to move freely anywhere in the restaurant and on event grounds.

Do you accept credit cards at the event?

  • Yes!

Can I leave and re-enter the event?

  • Re-entry is discouraged. If you MUST leave, alert attendants at the ticket booth prior to leaving otherwise, you may be refused re-entry.

I don’t drink. Do you have non-alcoholic beverage options?

  • We have plenty of non-alcoholic drink options including N/A cocktails!

Can I bring children?

  • It depends on the event. Please check the event listing prior to purchasing tickets. 21+ shows are strongly enforced.

Do you charge for parking?

  • No, but it is very limited so if you are able to carpool, walk, or bike, please do!

I am interested in booking myself or my band to play at Hollerhorn, who do I contact?

  • Before contacting us, please know that we book events about a year in advance. Generally speaking, we know who we want and we work through booking agents to pursue talent.

  • We only book acts on the outdoor stage (and for indoor events) who can provide 2 solid sets of original music. No cover bands.

  • We only book acts who have an established following and social media presence.

  • We only book acts that have a website with access to music clips, videos, press, etc.

Do you rent the outdoor venue for private events?

Can I tailgate prior to the event?

  • No. Thanks for respecting this.
